On April 17, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of Zambia corn meal Processing Project was held in Lusaka, capital of Zambia.
President Lungu said in his speech that the corn meal processing project in Zambia is of great significance to the improvement of the lives of the Zambian people. Once completed and put into operation, the corn flour processing plant will help stabilize grain prices, reduce living costs, expand local employment and cultivate technical personnel. He thanked the Chinese government for its selfless assistance to Zambia’s economic and social development and hailed China as an all-weather friend of Zambia, hoping to pass on the traditional friendship between the two countries from generation to generation .
Corn flour processing plant project will aid Zambia Monze and respectively two city each built a pickup day processing capacity of 240 tons of corn flour processing plant, at the same time in Lusaka, capital of China’s agricultural demonstration centers in building a daily processing capacity of 40 tons of demonstration project, used for training the zambian side technicians and small-scale flour processing, training in 200 stuff.
